The Buffalo Bills still have plenty of time to make roster decisions. Another preseason contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers awaits the team next weekend. After that, all 32 teams in the NFL will have to trim their rosters to 53 players from the 90 currently on their depth charts. Roster cut-down day is slated for Tuesday, Aug. 26.

Sedrick Van Pran-Granger starts the year on the PUP list and misses the first four games of the season. This allows rookie Chase Lundt to claim the final spot on the 53-man roster.

The Buffalo Bills are coming off an embarrassing showing in a 38-0 rout at the hands of the Chicago Bears last Sunday night. Some of the Bills’ rookies were given extra playing time and reps within the blowout as the team scratched and clawed for positives to take from the performance.
