It puts an end to a strange hold-in situation for the 25-year-old as he pushed to be paid like one of the league’s top backs.

The Buffalo Bills and James Cook reportedly came to terms on a new four-year, $48 million deal, according to various reports, however, the deal is a bit lower than what the AFC star had been seeking throughout the offseason.

Bills QB Josh Allen told reporters that he "desperately" wants James Cook back on the practice field, but he's supportive of his teammate during the RB's contract dispute.
