Russia has invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Moscow for peace talk as US President Donald Trump revealed that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin has agreed to a week-long ceasefire. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed that Zelenskyy is yet to respond to Moscow's invitation, reports Interfax.
This is the second time that President Vladimir V. Putin has hosted President Ahmed al-Sharaa since the fall of the Russia-backed Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.
