NASA's Artemis II SLS rocket is visible on its Florida launch pad ahead of its mission. The mission will send four astronauts on a 10-day journey around the moon. Several public parks in Titusville and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offer viewing opportunities.

If everything goes well, the much-awaited Artemis mission is expected to launch on April 1 (Wednesday).

Engineers are now running through an extensive checklist as they prepare for the next launch window, when four astronauts are scheduled to fly around the moon and test the spacecraft.
