New Lighthouse Cinema owner plans to keep theater, renovate

PACIFIC GROVE — The longstanding Lighthouse Cinema has a new owner, who hopes to usher in a fresh audience while maintaining the theater’s history, following more than 30 years with the Enea family.

The Lighthouse Cinema has a new owner. Local dentist Dr. Ayman Adeeb has purchased the theater. “I’ll be honest with you. I did not just buy this building, I am investing in the landmark,” said Adeeb.
