Russian hackers have reportedly found an exploit in Uplay, allowing them to download games for free including the unreleased Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.

Ubisoft has caught a lot of flak from PC gamers over their uPlay system, online-authentication DRM that most recently came to attention for being unavailable at exactly the wrong time.

The flaw lay in a browser plug-in for Uplay, Ubisoft's in-game rewards and connection system, and could have allowed a malicious website to take control of a victim's computer, the company said.
