From the end of October, the Wi-Fi Adapter W-E1 will be included in the box with the Canon EOS 7D Mark II and will be available for purchase as a single unit from October for £39.99.
Canon's solution for retrofitting the EOS 7D Mark II and EOS 5DS and 5D SR with Wi-Fi takes the form of an SD-slot compatible adapter, the W-E1.
The EOS 7D Studio Version kit includes Canon's WFT-E5A unit, which along with an optional barcode reader can scan and seamlessly manage image and customer data through a "wired connection".
