Urson Russell, a California businessman and president of Patriot Force California, has announced his run for State Assembly in District 73 -- covering parts of Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Tustin. Russell has led statewide lectures on election integrity, and is active in grassroots efforts to promote what he calls 'free and fair elections.'
