Vor dem Training DEHNEN und Verletzungen vermeiden? Das stimmt nicht so ganz, zumindest nicht beim statischen Dehnen. Dabei geht man ganz klassisch in eine Position rein und hält sie für einige Sekunden. Stattdessen lieber auf dynamisches Dehnen setzen, etwas Cardio Training und den einen oder anderen Warm Up Satz machen.
