First trip into the backcountry this year is in the books. Weather was rain, hail, snow, and muddy trails. We saw a black bear, pine marten, beaver, bull moose, waterfalls, and this morning at the Cosley Lake was the icing on the cake. My legs are sore and my feet are blistered, but that's to be expected for the first trip of the season.
