A man and a woman in Union County, South Carolina, have been arrested in the August death of an 18-month-old girl. Officers responded to Rice Avenue Extension on August 3 for an infant experiencing cardiac arrest. The child was transported to Union Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased. Now, 18-year-old Brycen Christopher Price and 19-year-old Samantha Dix have been arrested on charges of homicide by child abuse.
