Ingredients: Dough: 6oz cream cheese 2 sticks of butter (1 cup) 2 cups all purpose flour Filling: 2 tbsp melted butter 2 eggs 1 & 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 & 1/2 cups chopped pecans 2 tsp vanilla How to: Combine cream cheese and butter. Mix well. Add in flour and mix. In a mini muffin tin take 1 tbsp of dough and press down in the center and up the sides creating a well. After you get all of the mini pie cups filled make the filling
