Indoor outfield drill With winter approaching and most teams moving to indoors, you may be a limited on what you can do BUT there are always modifications! Even with limited space, you can get a lot done and work on the fundamentals. For this drill, we are mimicking a ball over the head of the outfielder, where she has to turn and go, pick up the ball and throw to a target. Balls that are stationary, she’s using one hand.
