HAVE YOU HEARD THIS SIREN IN SACRAMENTO???? This is an old Civil Defense Emergency siren its located on the old California Fruit building on J street. Alst time it went off was 2009. The siren was used to alert people of natural disasters or a military threat. When the sirens went off people were supposed to turn on the radio or TV for instructions.
