Lakewood, Wash.- Just before 1:30 a.m. West Pierce Fire & Rescue along with Washington State Patrol received reports of a vehicle on fire southbound I-5 on the off-ramp to SR-512. While responding, it was reported that the driver had burns to their body. Emergency personnel arrived and found a small sedan that was fully engulfed with flames and a driver standing outside.
