How Christmas Day went… Christmas Menu was :- Smokey Jollof Rice Coconut Fried Rice Moimoi Gizdodo Peppered Chicken and Fish Goatmeat and Shaki Pepper soup Pounded Yam with Eforiro Fried Yam/ Fried Plantain with Sauce I was going to do Puff Puff too but we realized we were out of frying Oil that Morning 😭🤣 Started Cooking around 9am. Woke up late . I had told our guests to come by 3pm. Finished cooking around 3.30pm Cleaned and tidied up just in time before the first family came in around 4.30
