Help detectives identify theft suspect Franklin County Sheriff’s Office detectives are looking to identify this suspect, who was captured on video, breaking into the Ohio BMV at 4161 W. Broad Street in Franklin Township. This incident happened on December 9, 2025, when the suspect forced entry through the rear door around 1:26 a.m. The suspect then left, but returned a few hours later and stole 25 handicap placards and 25 Ohio APV license plates. Detectives are now asking the public for help to
