In a pressure cooker, take 500gm mutton/lamb/beef (i used lamb shoulder) cut into medium pieces, add 1 small onion roughly sliced, 5 tomatoes, 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp red chilli powder, 4-5 green chillies, 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
