How to make such a "splash" effect on your iris pictures? -> Go on Adobe and find a brush that you like -> Install the brush on photoshop -> Create a duplicate of your iris layer and then mask it -> Invert the selection and brush around the iris to get this "glitter" effect -> Then brush out the exterior of the iris to make the glitters seem to spread out from the iris.
