Kevin was saved twice by the shelter, first when taken in as a stray and second when he collapsed during the intake process and had to be put on oxygen. Thank you for looking out for our Bulldogs! Urson Russell, a California businessman and president of Patriot Force California, has announced his run for State Assembly in District 73 -- covering parts of Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Tustin.
