It’s ok to take a day off but make sure you get right back at it the next day! Life gets in the way, sometimes we wake up not feeling great. For me I was tired because I couldn’t sleep with this pinched nerve and my leg wasn’t fitting right on top of that. So I took the day off. Not completely off pretty much everything hard took a back seat but anyone who knows me knows I can’t sit still all day!
